It had been months since Wind had been traveling. The young wolf was tired, he hadn't really had a decent rest in a long time, in fact he might as well forget resting and lounging any time soon. He had only just began the real part of exploring this new area, and it started here. The jet black male began to walk down a path that was unfamiliar. The sun was high over head as he looked up, forcing his brown eyes to squint as he tried to look in the direction of the sun, as it faced in front of him it nearly blinded him from his eyes. He then looked away after blinking a few times to let his eyes recover.
Once he did, Wind began to walk again, his feet leaving decent sized footprints in the ground as he walked, his tail and wings resting down gently in a slightly relaxed position. Of course he was still being wary of his surroundings, he didn't want anything to surprise him all of a sudden, as that would have not been pleasent for anyone. His ears swivled back and forth on his head to make sure that no one would sneak up with him with noise. He however stopped again after his long walk as he noticed something up a head. A boulder rested in the middle of the trail, he was surprised to see such a formation out in this area. There wasn't anything like caves or large mountain sides that could be seen anywhere around here. Something had to drop it here, and it puzzled the wolf as he looked up at the stone.
"Like this stone, I am a mystery to myself. This stone is a mystery to everyone who passes by it." Wind said to himself as it might have been a bit of a few unusual sentences, but it did have some righteous meaning in it. Wind was still not sure of himself, he had many things to explore, and that had been prevented since he was in his father's lands. One great example was that Wind wasn't even sure if he was alpha material, he had seen his father lead a pack for nearly two years, and taught him many things. Of course, those things he might need in the future, but for now he felt unconfident about it, after the horrible things that he went through while he was with Midnight. He thought he knew himself, but when he left, he later realized he did not, he only knew a portion of himself, and in order to learn more and be a better him he had to go out and learn.
He let out a low sigh as he looked up at the rock once more, and began to turn to the left in order to avoid running into the stone statue that was infront of him. He began to make his way down the trail, wondering if there was any sign of life. As far as he knew, he was a lone. It was quiet, with hardly any noise, and from the sounds of it there weren't many birds chirping either. It was like they knew that these lands maybe dangerous.

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=cellSpacing,0,true][atrb=width,557,true][atrb=cellPadding,0,true] | [bg=6A8394] Naqielloni heard the soft rustle of her feathers against the cool mountain airwaves as she dipped beneath the front and costed silently in the shadow of a great mountain's peak. Her cloud-blue coat held no contrast to the crystalline sky's saintly hues. She tipped her delicate wings toward an outcropping in the hillside, where she swooped down silently and landed, with obvious practice, on sturdy claws and paws. Her feathers shook, automatically, back into their correct place on her back almost as a plane would adjust its wing-flaps after a flight. The gentle, solitary breeze of her companion, Spyder, as he breezed past her and alighted on a branch a few feet above her head. She and the peregrine falcon's unspoken consent to remain silent left no trace of their passing in the mountain's foothills or in the trees of the clearing. The mission was always omnipresent.
The breath of the strange wolf's scent, coming from downwind, caused Spyder to coo her to his side. Oni nodded, and with a mutual thrust of wings they were gliding swiftly and silently below tree trops, weaving between spindly trunks like a tribal dodging game. Spyder flew first, as always, and saw the traveler with his superior sight far earlier than she did. He cawed to her, his wild call echoing through the valley as a siren song to the traveler. A mischievous grin caught her lips and she flashed the sun her canines as she ducked, consistently silent, onto a treebranch near the path of the newcomer. By the time their paths crossed, her body was shaded by the limping branches and the shrinking sunlight in the distance as the last of the sun was barely winking over the high mountain ridge, now far in the distance.
The newcomer came along down the path, the mountainous terrain had leveled so that one would need to know the sky to know that mountains were a few miles nearby. About ten feet from where she perched silently, the black wolf stopped and took notice of a large rock that impeded the path and caused a fork. He spoke, "Like this stone, I am a mystery to myself. This stone is a mystery to everyone who passes by it." Oni noticed through the leaves of her camouflage that the wolf also had wings. Why is this idiot walking? Are his wings broken? Has he lost all calling to the sky? She laughed at the coal-black coat that he wore, and thought of how easy a target he would be from the ground looking up. Perhaps that's why: he'd be shot out of the sky. Digressing from her debauchery, she looked up through the tree's canopy and saw Spyder circling above, waiting to descend on the Fly-less Wingster.
The peregrine falcon acted on no particular signal, but rather on good timing. He confronted the male directly, diving at his ears and escaping high into the air and proceeding to perch delicately on a nearby tree branch. Spyder cawed again, as if to grab the strange male's attention because it was the only form of communication that would reach the traveler. Oni sat, secretly and silently, and listened further.

Ooc: It's okay, I noticed the width on the bottom banner is a bit short. Other than that it seems fine with me.
Bic: There were a few reasons why Wind had chosen not to fly up in the air that day. It was obvious by the most part his wings had ached from flying for several days straight. The bones and muscles had called out to him and didn't want him to move them at all. But he had too, just to make sure that they were still attached and not becoming numb. Wind had not yet noticed that there was a nother wolf upon the area as he continued to walk past the rock. His eyes were fixed on what was ahead, the area around him fascinated a bit, that was until he stiffened hearing a noise near him.
Something let out a soft coo, it was a noise he was not familiar with hear. It had bothered him a bit as his ears began to twitch and move around so he could try and locate the noise. As the noise came, the owner had left and disappeared with out a trace. Wind could not see just yet where it had come from which had been a disappointment to him. He knew he wasn't going crazy he was sure he heard something. He continued down the path taking at least one more stop before he was forced to hold his breath, something swooped down, nearly touching his ears.
His first reaction was to let out a low growl, exposing some of the teeth in his jaws, in annoyance the bird had gotten too close in comfort. But he realized something as the growling faded and was lower, the bird made the same noise again. Had it been the creature that he heard earlier? It had to be! He hadn't seen another animal in a long time since he flew into these lands.
"Who's there? I know you're here now." He asked as he looked around trying to figure out where the bird had gone off too. From what he saw, he tried to follow the path of where the bird had landed, and it was off near into the trees. He did not see Oni just yet, but some how he had a feeling that Spyder was not alone out here.

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=cellSpacing,0,true][atrb=width,557,true][atrb=cellPadding,0,true] | [bg=6A8394] The silence was almost palpable. The dry leaves whispering the forest's secrets caused her ears to swivel on all sides of her head as she tried to hone her audits to the events by the rock. The stranger took a defensive stance, looking high and low for where Spyder had flown off to. Some childish joy sprung inside of her, the joy of winning at a game of fly-and-seek. But, she was only winning. She hadn't won... yet.
Her camouflage was exceptional in the darkness of the trees' cover, but she knew that the sun's favor would not be with her for long. She sent out a link to Spyder, but a bond can't be translated. It's a love so wide and vast that it needs no language to speak or communicate. Needless to say, Spyder cawed in the distance and dropped down onto the traveler's coal-colored fur. He immediately charged back up and into a nearby tree branch, in full sight of the traveler. He had dropped a small finch at the paws of the black wolf, and cawed encouragingly. Oni noticed, offhandedly, that the traveler did look rather weary the way his wings drooped and his paws barely skimmed the dirty earth. She chuckled across their mental link and she was Spyder shift his feathers in mild delight at their little game with this newcomer.
For all their shortcomings, the Cloud Catchers were light as air when they wanted to be.

Wind was still wary of this creature. He wasn't in the mood for games but it was clear that the other creature was. It was some type of bird, he wasn't entirely sure what kind. In fact he wasn't that knowledgeable on the birds that were out there in the world. He was sure his father or mother knew if they had been around. He continued to watch the bird before it swooped down and forced Wind to duck, wind was sure that the bird was almost going to hit him with his talons. That would have been a painful wound that he'd be carry around for some weeks before fully healing. That wasn't going to be fun.
"Come on I'm not in the mood to play with you out there. Show yourself before I start to leave." Wind said as he looked around to try and spot the creature that was behind this. He knew this bird belonged to someone, it would be odd for it to be wandering around by itself or without a flock of some kind. But that was when he stopped as he saw something drop down from where Spyder was sitting. Something fell down to where he was standing.
A finch, a dead bird. Was it supposed to be a gift for a meal? He seemed confused as Wind stared at it with his brown eyes. A finch would have only been a short snack for him. He'd require something much larger to fill his stomach like a deer. Deer would have lasted him at least a day or two before he was fine and satisfied for awhile. Finally he came to a decision to sniff the dead animal as he brought his black nose down to it, to make sure that it wasn't a trap. "This day is a strange one..." He muttered to himself.

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=cellSpacing,0,true][atrb=width,557,true][atrb=cellPadding,0,true] | [bg=6A8394] "Well then, you're no fun!" He voice danced like chimes in the cool mountain breeze down from her camouflage in the tree. She looked as a youngling would to this outsider, her body petite and her voice fresh as a mountain spring. Spyder flew loyally to her side as she released the branches covering her blue coat and revealed herself to the newcomer. She crossed one paw over the other and tilted her head down at the traveler as her wings tilted up on her back and found their niches in her glossy coat. "I expected you to speak to yourself more," she confessed, her eyes glinting with a childish entertainment. She turned over onto her back, rolling naïvely on the branch and looking out at the traveler upside-down. Her position was far out of the black wolf's reach, save for his wings. Her height away from him gave her encouragement in her mission of entertainment, unfettered and unsatisfied thus far.
"Besides," she paused, her eyes still laughing. Sin was evident in the depths, but Wind was too far away to see the fire dancing behind the clouds. "What's wrong with strange?" She chuckled, a childs laugh causing her stomach to contract, as she rolled back over onto her stomach and used her haunches to launch her into the open air above the traveler. Her wings extended to twice the length and width of her body on both sides, making a stylized shadow fall over the black wolf for the millisecond it took to land gracefully on another branch equidistant from the stranger, on the other side of the shaded clearing. Her clear, childish laugh rang out again as she asked, "Are you going to eat that?"

"Well that's what you get for being left alone for so long." Wind said as he countered why he was acting that way. Even if she seemed childish he wasn't in the mood to play her childhood games. Wind had been an adult now for some time and knew these games weren't worth it on occasions. Or was he far more like an adult then he should have been and lightened up a bit on how he reacted to things. Either way he still wasn't sure about this wolf as she rolled around on the ground. He had no idea even yet that he was her form of entertainment, for him she was a complete stranger. And you knew the old saying never talk to strangers, never trust them one bit.
But the finch was inviting as he looked back at it, he wasn't that interested in eating just yet so he shook his head when she spoke again. This time she was in a nearby tree as he noticed her blue pelt. It was far different compared to his. Of course she hadn't been apart of his father's lands. "Nope you can have it. I'm not hungry." He said with a partial lie. He was hungry but he could go for a bit longer without eating. This long traveling taught him that he could eat a day or two without being completely starved, if dusk fell soon he'd eat later on and try to hunt something down like a deer or a couple of rodents like rabbits. For now he'd focus on this strange female wolf that he came across.

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=cellSpacing,0,true][atrb=width,557,true][atrb=cellPadding,0,true] | [bg=6A8394] She chuckled, expressing in a huff of entertainment of the childish manner in which he excused his strangeness. And he thinks of me as strange; and he thinks of me as childish. Spyder, perched on a branch above her head, groomed his wings idly as a multitude of responses raced through her fully-developed mind.
"You seem like one of those wolves who speak only to yourself," she commented, taking on a more observant and reserved tone in her voice. "You should speak more," she concluded, a smile dividing the crystalline-white markings on her muzzle back into her childish grin. It took most of her self-control to keep the smile from turning angelical to devious.
"Words are fun!"

Wind could only wonder. Was she still a pup? She never even stated a name at this point. Which made him even more suspitious. Either he'd have to ask again or either beg her to get it out. Whatever the case maybe, she would hopefully tell her his name soon so he wouldn't have to keep calling her by 'she' or 'her'. Or unknown female wolf. It'd be kind of a mystery. "Words are fun? Yes I understand that but I've been by myself for some time that I find myself speaking only to me. I haven't found that many friends. And the friends that I did have were some of my family." Wind said. He knew that one of his family members had disappeared. It had been his nephew Aqua that had been taken by a demonic wolf. Although he knew Demonic wolves were not uncommon so it may have been predictable... Then again maybe not...
"Still I never got a name from you. What is it? Mine's Wind. I don't mean to be a bit harsh or anything but it'd be bothersome if I didn't know. I can't just call you girl or something like that." Wind said as his brown eyes watched Oni as she continued to play with him. Unaware of what might happen next.

(Your table looks fine to me babe...why whats wrong with it anyways?)(And if you guys want if you get tired of wolf rping I got a fantasy site we could go back and forth to...lol besides I so need more members lol.Just a thought lol)
He had been walking upon the land with causious just as much as curious as he was he was casuis as well.
He had decided to leave he's family and travle on he's own to explore new places and pprobably make new friends or find a new home.Right now he hoped to make new friends.
He had been travling for days before he had caught the scent of two wolves near by and slowed down he's steps as he had moved downwind slightly.
He was unsure if theses wolves wore friendly or not and he wasn't going to take a chance of being sneaks up upon.
Sure he was large for a wolf and let along for a one year old.Which it was him and he's mothers secret why he had turned out so huge.He probably could take down a wolf or two if he wanted to because he was so huge, but with little training he wasn't so sure at the moment if he could.
He stayed in the shadows however to hopefully spot theses wolves and find out if there friendly or not.
He's dark blue fur blending in with the darkness of the forest as he moved close to the pathline to keep out of sight. He's baby blue eyes scanning the area left and right for a sign of more wolves.
He kept he's ears pinned back against he's head and he's tail between he's legs as he moved trying to be as quiet as he could.

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=cellSpacing,0,true][atrb=width,557,true][atrb=cellPadding,0,true] | [bg=6A8394] All she really knew of what he said was, "I can't call you girl." There was something or other that he said before and after, but none of it mattered to her. She sat up abruptly, flames dancing behind her eyes as her tail ticked impatiently beside her. Did he just tell her what can and cannot be done? Who was he to decide that, nonetheless who was he to say who she was and who she wasn't. The only person to decide such things was she; her; Oni, damn it. But, after a moment of outrage, she relaxed, her eyes returning to a cloud-like state of impassivity and calmness, almost eerily cheery. She smiled, convincingly.
"And why can you not? What is a name, but sounds put together to recognize my existence?"

"Exactly I'd be able to find out who you are. But if you won't I suppose I could just leave you and your bird friend." Wind said. He was wondering if this girl was still trying to play with him. If she hadn't known, he was already a well passed being a pup. Or she was easily being amused by him. Wind wasn't exactly a wolf that was amused or willing to have fun that easily due to his past. It had been a hard one for him and thus changed him since the days of being a pup. as he paused after noticing someone else was nearby.
His brown eyes looked away from the white wolf to see who was there. So far he smelled the air around the two as he caught Oni's scent and someone else's. A stranger that he had never smelt before. Of course he wasn't exactly familiar with these lands. But he wanted to alert Oni unless she already knew from her bird friend that he had encountered earlier. He glanced around not entirely sure where he was, probably hanging in the branches nearby or hiding with Oni.
"Someone's here but I don't see them." Wind muttered to Oni wondering if she cared at all on one side.

Tsuyoi had moved in closer to where the other wolves wore he had stayed low to the ground as if stalking them just to keep himself hidden. He assumed that the wind had already caried he's scent towards them, but he wanted to see them before they seen him.
After a moment of getting closer he had moved out from the shadows into the clearing a few feet from where Wind and where the other wolf was at.
He's form was huge out in the open and he glanced at Wind then glanced around wondering where the other one was at."Hi"He muttered to Wind as he's ears twitched slightly to any movement he heard.

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=cellSpacing,0,true][atrb=width,557,true][atrb=cellPadding,0,true] | [bg=6A8394] Her smile slowly faded as the traveler, Wind, spoke. Her eyes became shaded as she took a defensive stance, withdrawing her wings from her body on the off-chance that the visitor was threatening and she would need to flee. She hissed inwardly at her own ignorance. Why wasn't she paying enough attention to her surroundings? She was supposed to be a ruthless, finely-tuned murdering mechanism. One slip-up and both her and Spyder would be flying in spirals to a fiery grave. The very thought made her feathers shift uncomfortably. It was always flight; never fight. If she and her beaked comrade were cornered with no means of escape, there was no hope for them.
But, thankfully, the sky was open and inviting if they needed to get away. Actually, she was anxious to call to Spyder and fly to safety when she saw the gargantuan wolf that joined Wind, Spyder, and she in the clearing. Thankfully, he did not seem to notice her small mass and her well-camouflaged companion perched up in the trees.
He spoke, uncharacteristically quiet, to Wind, "Hi." Surprised, she began to tuck her wings behind her back and slowly settle into the niche in the tree's crook. Spyder followed her mood and did likewise, resuming his taciturn grooming hum. With the new arrival's ears twitching nervously around his skull, gyrating on a pin for new signs of noise, Oni was continually intrigued. Instead of making herself known to him, which she may have done already, she sat and watched the two males' conversation. She wished to observe him further without being dragged into their world of pleasantries and exchange of useless information like names.

Wind also noticed a few things between the wolves as they met this stranger. For one, there was this odd silence between the group of wolves as they were looking at each other. Oni looked uncomfortable as she moved her wings, and he remained grounded. Getting in a defensive position as well, but Wind wasn't about to be pushed around by another wolf stranger that he didn't know. For now he saw the two speak back and forth, only muttering one word back to each other. Wind decided to be a bit braver. "Hi. My name is Wind." He said as he looked to where the new wolf was that had appeared in the group. "I think you might have surprised us, but I don't think we're in any interest in fighting...?" He asked wondering if Oni was thinking the same way. Oni seemed small compared to this other wolf, then again she had Spyder with her and had a powerful group as two fierce some warriors.

Tsuyoi had noticed the other wolf finally and he smirked to himself as he noticed her up in the trees and had admired her wings from where he was.He come closer as he glanced back ato Wind when he had replied back to the hi he had said.
"Names Tsuyoi it's nice to meet you Wind"He said and was a bit amused at what this wolf had to say next.Fight he was quick to say probably because of he's massive size he feared that he would easily lash out at theses wolves and tear into them, but that wasn't the case at all.
He was infact a very curious wolf as well as well manored and respectful of others. He's mother had taught him to respect other wolves he might not know, but he's uncle had taught him behind he's mothers back to always be on your toes and be ready for anything. He assumed he's uncle was protective of him because of what had happened to him when he was younger which led to he's uncle really dishating females and not trusting them except the females in he's family.
He smiled after a moment at what Wind had said as theses thoughts had ran thought he's mind."Oh I wouldn't worry about it.You two and the bird don't seem much of a threat to me and besides...I wouldn't start a fight, but I can assure you I can finish one."He added as he had came closer and had sat down to rest he's tired paws slightly."So...what are you guys up to anyways?"He asked them curiously as he looked at Wind and then glanced up at Oni and Spyder up in the trees. He had sharp eyesite so when he's eyes had adjusted to he's new surrandings they ahd been easy for him to spot.

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=cellSpacing,0,true][atrb=width,557,true][atrb=cellPadding,0,true] | [bg=6A8394] The stranger's words continued to surprise her. He seemed calm, which was not strikingly intriguing because of his intimidating size. Rather, the way that this new traveler, Tsuyoi, spoke to them was as if there was no will to hurt them whatsoever. She sighed inwardly from her perch. Perhaps he is not what I am looking for... But, as he continued to speak, she became more convinced that his prowess was in desperate need of testing.
"I wouldn't start a fight, but I assure you, I can finish one."
She smiled radiantly above their heads as she stood over the both of them and spread her wings. His words brought great joy and hope into her heart. Maybe we will succeed yet.
Like lightning, she sent a blast of wind at Tsuyoi's paws which sent dust from the earth to rise up in dark plumes. These dirt clouds blocked their eyesight, hopefully long enough for her to make a move on the larger of the two males. She whispered in the brown haze, if only to assure the brute that it was her that inspired the imminent violence, "Will you fight now, Tsuyoi?" Light as the air itself, she wove between the trunks of trees until she was behind where Tsuyoi had been when she had cast the dust into the air with powerful strokes of her wings. Her eyes blinked at the dust as it swirled around her form lying in wait in the shadows, where the sun could not illuminate her plans.
Smiling so brightly she feared the two may see, she resumed hovering and weaving through the tree trunks just inside of the hanging cloud of dirt. She only dared weave where the sun shone only enough to show the dark tree trunks that crossed her path. "Where am I, Tsuyoi?" Spyder cawed ominously, their calls both reverberating off of the multitude of trees and stones so that their exact location could not be detected.
"Come find me."

Wind didn't seem to be in any kind of mood to chase this girl down she had already been playing with him since they had been in the area. He nodded to Tsyui in response as he heard what his name was. Tsyui didn't seem all that bad as he spoke up again. If Tsyui wanted to attack, he would have already and so far he hadn't. So at least he put his guard down for now as he listened to the two as they talked back and forth. "It's nice to meet you, Tsyui. I apologize for my actions earlier...I hope you can understand why I acted that way." Wind said as he listened to Tsyui as he paused for awhile and looked over the male wolf's body to see that he was rather large in his size. Wind was a bit smaller than him but with his wings he might be able to reach that size a bit closer. "I'm not in any mood to fight like I said earlier. It's kind of pointless sometimes to be honest."
Wind was about to speak as he realized that Oni sent a blast of dust towards Tysui as he tried to move out of the way. The last thing he wanted to do was to get blinded by the bits of dirt that came forward and would sting his eyes. "I was about to say that I was wandering through...Trying to look for a new home. But it seems the female over there found me first." Wind said a he remained standing in case Oni tried anything else that would try to bring forth a possible fight.
He then paused again as he heard Oni speak again, it seemed to be vibrating off the trees, like it was coming from every direction. Oni seemed to know this place pretty well as he only watched the two to see what was going to happen. Wind didn't want to get into a fight and his stances showed it easily. He knew what fights would bring, sometimes it was bad and pointless. "I'm not going to fight you, girl. This seems pointless, have you notice that?" Wind said as he wondered if she would respond back to her as he waited patiently.

Tsuyoi had snarled out sightly from Oni's actions when she had casted a dust cloud with large ammounts of dust up in he's face.He shook he's head slightly to avoid getting it to much in he's eyes and he hard growled out slightly at hearing the female behind him he had glanced behind him before the dust had moved and noticed that she ahd moved somewhere up in the trees as well. He's ears twitched slightly to the movements and to her taunts and he smirked to himself as he glanced back at Wind."Mmm it is fine it is understandable I am the size of a house so your reaction was normal"He added after a moment from what was going on "It might be pointless ,but why go chance after something that is to afraid to face me like a real wolf"He added as he had sat back down and shook he's head slightly to get the dust from the pervious actions off he's neck and face.

Her voice, still high-pitched as a child would, had lost its childish twang. Perhaps they heard the whoosh of her wings here or there, but she continued to shift her position so as not to be locked-on to. The dust cloud she had created that still hung over the entirety of the clearing had yet to settle, but she knew it was inevitable that her position and her weakness be revealed. In solidarity with her plan, she continued to taunt him into attacking.
"The question is whether you are capable of facing a youngling, like yourself, but with powers beyond your knowing." She was bluffing, of course. She had no real powers besides the powers of the wind and razor-sharp talons, not unlike his own. In all truth, he would win a fair fight paws-down. But, she didn't like to involve herself in a so-called "fair fight." They rarely existed in her business anyway. "But, no..." She trailed off, her voice still retaining the edge of mystery and darkness which she hadn't bothered to chase off.
"The real question remains: which of us is truely shying away from fighting the other; whom is afraid of whom."
