This is where the den may be located. Almost all wolves are allowed inside, but all are banished when pups reside here. The den isn't dug into a hillside like most are, it is in fact a wide split in a rock bank, which provides the best shelter during bad weather. It goes far back and spreads out wide enough to fit a pile of sleeping wolves. Eventually, if you go father, it is dug and goes underground to reveal a smaller chamber. This is where the pups stay with their mother when it is that time of year.

This is the only source of water in the entire territory, which is why the den is located relatively close. When wading out into the murky water, there is a sheer drop off that goes down fairly deep. The water is always cold here year round, and with the temperature hovering just above freezing, swimming is not an option.
