Due to the issue that wolves here desire a closer bond with the Alphas, fights will break out to decide who gets to be close, and more importantly, who gets to breed. Pups:(5 spots open) The pups of the pack are protected with the lives of every member. Unless granted by the female Alpha, no pack member is allowed near them. If a pack member injured a pup, even if it is a mistake, they are automatically sent to Omega with no chance of redemption. Their job is to be care free and learn from their mistakes Believe it or not, the Hazriel Pack welcomes and will eagerly accept abandoned or lost pups. Wolves may not fight for this rank. Beta female:(1 spot open) Should anything happen to both the Alphas, this female will become the new Alpha female whether she is blood related or not. This wolf usually the one to lead hunts if the Alphas are not involved. Wolves may fight for this rank. Hunters:(5 spots open) These select 5 have shown the up most skill in tracking and hunting game and are the primary choice the Alphas select to bring down an animal. Most of the time, however, it is these 5 that hunt alone and call for the pack when they have made a kill. They are very high in importance and are to be shown respect. Wolves may fight for this rank. Warriors:(4 spots open, Max) Usually classified as hunters, warriors are used only is the pack is threatened by another pack, or another force. Usually they will be the first to respond to the Scout's news unless told otherwise. If the hunters do not request aid on a hunt, warriors will most likely watch the pups or train subordinates. Wolves may fight for this rank. Scouts:(3 spots open) These wolves are used only when there is a suspicion that something is wrong. They are to be sent to the edge of the territory and scope out any trouble. Anything seen or heard is to be reported to the Alphas immediately. Scouts must always go together. There are three so that should a problem arise, two can handle it while the third brings back the news. Wolves may fight for this rank. Elders:(Unlimited spots open) These are the old retired wolves. They are no longer allowed on hunts, and are required to stay near then den so they may be protected. They are to be shown the up most respect, as they are the eldest. Wolves may not fight for this rank. Subordinates:(Unlimited spots open) These wolves are the ones that show respect to all others in the pack, aside from Omegas. Omegas are expected to show complete submission toward all members of the pack, no matter the rank. Wolves may not fight for this rank.
location of territory - Steppe, in particular, the Castle Hills.
sub-boards -
The Mountains - The mountains here are dangerous and snow covered, providing no true purpose to the pack other then for the annual caribou migration. They cross through the mountains and onto the plains, so the Hazriel pack waits for them at the mouth of the mountains so they can block them off and hunt. Only the bravest, and the banished go here free willingly. Many wolves have died trekking through due to hidden snow caves that have been covered by layers of ice. The Den - This is where the den may be located. Almost all wolves are allowed inside, but all are banished when pups reside here. The den isn't dug into a hillside like most are, it is in fact a wide split in a rock bank, which provides the best shelter during bad weather. It goes far back and spreads out wide enough to fit a pile of sleeping wolves. Eventually, if you go father, it is dug and goes underground to reveal a smaller chamber. This is where the pups stay with their mother when it is that time of year. (98 words, please do not include this word count in the actual description.)
The Lake - This is the only source of water in the entire territory, which is why the den is located relatively close. When wading out into the murky water, there is a sheer drop off that goes down fairly deep. The water is always cold here year round, and with the temperature hovering just above freezing, swimming is not an option. (59 words, please do not include this word count in the actual description.)
The Plains - Here is the warmest place in the whole territory. Since the rest of the land is usually covered in snow, the pack likes to come together to this place to bond, introduce pups to the pack, and welcome in new members. This land is quite barren, but is rolling with green and tan grass, which provides poor cover to darker wolves. Many small animals are found here year round, and this is the land where the migrating caribou stop and stay for 5 days exactly before vanishing. If a wolf decides to join the pack, they must enter here. (98 words, please do not include this word count in the actual description.)

Character: spectrum-rpg.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=approved&action=display&thread=747Max was born in River Valley, he has no pack to call home. Although he wants to live in an extended family unit which should be big enough, he does not talk much about his past. He would like to be a big brother, father figure to another wolf, which means that he should have a mate. and the most of the other time. Max in battle is quick to dodge blows, yet just as fast to delivering the killing blow. Max likes have all the attention all the time. But Max will defend the pack with his whole heart, but he usually likes just lounge around. He is on the neutral side of it all. Because of his likes. He does not like other wolves being Obnoxious. As he will not stand for it. Rank wanted: Warr because of -Max in battle is quick to dodge blows, yet just as fast to delivering the killing blow. Or where ever best.
