Down By The River

[Midnight]

This place had been very strange to her,but she was detimended to find her brother who had left home eailer then what he should of left.

She figured he just wanted to grow up to fast,but she had to admit that she missed her big brother.Even though they wore the same age she was the size of a normal wolf unlike Tsuyoi who was as big as a house it seemed.

She had came upon a very colorful river from her travling and had walked over to it to get a nice refreshing drink from the water.

Her eyes wore an icy blue and her pelt was a brighty blue with paches of white around her ears her front paw ,tip of her tail and her back.Her name was Nami which if you looked closely if she was by the ocean and in the water you would assume her to be an ocean wave.Which she was named after.

The day seemed to be getting later in the day and the sun was getting hotter as it rose to the highest point in the sky.She wondered how far she had travled from where she was born at.To find her brother.She had lost track of how long she had been gone,but new her sister was somewhere in theses lands trying to find him as well.

[Shaman]

Shaman was new to this place, he had only been there for a few days still serching for his pack. He padded through the Valley head turning in every direction so he could take in where he was and hopefully rememeber so he didn't get lost. He had come across a river he sighed in relief and went up to the water to get a drink. He could sense another animal there but it was far enough that it couldn't see him. He was glad to he didn't know what the creatures were like here and he didn't want to find out, Shaman couldn't defend himself. He had never gotten into a fight before in his life, the pack was always there to defend him. He lifted his head and sat on the bank looking around the terrain getting used to it, taking it in. He wanted to come back here so he needed to rememeber how to get there. He nodded as he remembered and closed his eyes ears alert so if his company in the distance came near he could run.

[Midnight]

Nami had carefully made her way down to a shallow part of the river and had stepped in it and lowered her head to lap up the cool water as it refreshed her dry throat.

She was unware at the moment that there was an other wolf near by as she contuined drinking as the wind picked up and she rose her head slightly from the water and looked around slightly perking her ears up trying to hear for anything that might be around.

After she finished drinking she turned around on the bank of the river and begain to walk towards the direction that Shaman was in.That was when she could smell the wolf in the distance and was a bit curious as to if it was a friendly or not.She was still young so she hadn't delevoped any skills yet.

[Shaman]

Shamans ears twitched, he turned his head toward where the other creature was. He could now tell it was a wolf by the sent it was giving off. But was it friendly? He slowly stood up and cautiously walked toward the wolf, head slightly tilted downhe tried to mimic what he had seen the pack do so many times when a stranger was near them. He growled, thinking it was intamadting but it came out soft and timid. He looked down and sat waiting for the other wolf hoping it was friendly because his a ttepmt to be scary failed. He knew if they weren't friendly then he was a goner. He couldn't be intimidating and if he tried he would get laughed at, he was a fast runner though so he could run. It was decided if the wolf wasn't nice he would run.

[Midnight]

Nami had came closer to where the wolf was and had smiled at him when he came into view as he had tried to act intimidating .He seemed cute when he had tried to act scary,but she knew better just by the scent she smelled on him and she came upon him slowly so not to scare him since she could tell that he was already timid with her being around."Hello"She said to him as she had stopped a few feet from him to give him a comfertable distance.

[Shaman]

Shaman watched as the wolf approched, stopped a few feet in front of him he nodded and pawed the ground. "H-Hi." He said almost inaudible. He could tell my the voice and stature the wolf was female, he was kinda glad, most of the males he had met were very territorial. He got a closer look of her a was astounded. She was blue! He had never seen a blue wolf before, she was very pretty though. His stomach growled and he looked down, he had been so busy trying to find his pack that he hadn't ate since he came upon the Valley. He looked at the water, he spotted a fish. He had caught one or two before but the alpha had always got the food for the pack... Well the younger ones that is. He eyed the fish creeping closer tail twitching. He waited for a minute then plunged his muzzle into the water grabbing the fish pulling it out of the water. He pinned it down with his paw he looked at the wolf and nodded to the fish. "W-Would.. You like s-some to?" He asked shyly.

[Midnight]

Nami had smiled at him again as she had came closer to him."My name is Nami what is your name?"She asked the wolf curiously as she watched him catch a fish after he's stomach had growled.She nodded her head to him"Sure I would love one if you wouldn't mind"She said as she had got beside him and sat down curious about him and how shy he was.She had always been used to being around males who wore go getters who never seemed to act scared,but then again it had been the alpha of her pack her brother and her two uncles.So she had figured all males wore like that,but she assumed wrong when she came across this one and for some reason she had found it cute and she didn't even know why.

[Shaman]

"O-Oh Vayne.." He said and went after another fish pushing the now dead fish he had caught a few minutes ago to Nami. It only took a minute for him to get another one. He pinned it down with his paw until it stopped flopping. Then he picked it up and back up a bit, laid down and started eating. He glanced at Nami to see if she was eating, she was a sweet wolf an odd color but it made her beautiful. Were all the wolves here like that?

"It's nice to meet you Vayne"She said as she had took the fish in her mouth and layed down as she had begain to eat it as well.The fish tasted pretty good and she had no idea that different kind of fish tasted different till now.Since she was used to food from where she had proviously lived.She paused after a moment and glanced at him after he had caught a fish and had layed down to eat it as well.'Thank you for offering.It means a lot to me"She said with blood on her maw from the fish.

[Shaman]

He nodded as he continued eating. "Your welcome." He spoke when he had swallowed. "What are you doing out here?" He asked quietly after a few more bites of fish. When he finished he pushed the bones to the side, and looked over at Nami. "I haven't been in the Valley very long, maybe a day or two. I lost my pack." He said looking down.

(Again sorry it's short.. having a rough time at home)

(It's ok babe...you wanna talk about it on m or something?)

Nami had smiled at him when she had finished the fish."I am looking for my brother and my sister.My sister orginal come here with me to find him,but we had split up to try to cover more ground,but now.I had lost her scent and have no idea where she might be"She added as she listend to he's story.'I am sorry to here that"She told Vayne feeling the same way about not being able to find her brother or sister."Maybe we could find them together what do you think about that?"She asked him curiously since two wolves could cover more ground together then just one alone.
