life span - Those of her bloodline often live for around fifteen years, however it is unknown how long a mutant-blood lives.

species - Wolf
build - Smaller than most other wolves, with thin paws and an athletic build. Her back legs are quite muscular, compared to her front legs.
coat - Short, coal black fur covers her entire body, growing longer and slightly more bushy around the tail. Her fur seems to act like oil, so when light is cast upon it, she is covered in a spectrum of colours.
eyes - Her eyes are a glassy white, however like her fur, they have dynamic colour that changes when in contact with bright light. Her pupils are also extremely small.
mutations -Large grey horns protrude from just between her ears, flowing backwards and ending in a slight curl. The bone was once white, but over the years has faded to a much darker colour.
magic - Shade is like a magic thief. Her abilities mean that she can steal and use another creature's magic. She must be within a certain radius of the animal to be able to leech the magic, but it can be used and dropped in any area. Also, due to her blindness, she has the power to 'see' through the eyes of another wolf, however she cannot be hosting another power while she does this.
other - Shade is blind, however she has developed an echolocation similar to that of a dolphin or bat. Her senses of smell and hearing are far greater than that of a regular wolf. Shade also comes from a strange bloodline called the Astri, who with each hundredth generation, a mutation is born. Shade is the mutation of this generation, meaning she lacks the grey markings and vision tenfold of a traditional Astri.
