Hey, everyone. So I know Spectrum has been in a coma for the past several months. I blame myself for being inactive. Anyway, there have been a lot of changes in my life recently and it has become possible for me to be a more active admin, so I've decided to revive Spectrum!
Here's a list of all the things I've done so far:- Made a new skin called "Stargazing"
- Revised the rules a bit--be sure to brush up!
- Got rid of sub-species. It's no longer required on the form.
- Removed the Chatango box. I know some people liked it, but it looked too tacky to me.
- Got rid of the IC Cboxes since no one was using them.
- Added A TON of new IC areas in a board called The Kaleidoscope. It's located at the bottom of The Commons. Read up on the new boards here.
That should be just about all the major changes for a while. Be on the lookout for an advertising contest and an activity check.
By the way: In the mass email I sent out, I offered all returning members a choice of three prizes: a free North American non-wolf animal of your choice under the price of 190 rainbows; any piece of jewelry you like, including a custom piece; or a Colorsmear name with your choice of colors.
