Frost

name - Frost
age - Looks 3-4 years old
gender - male.
species - Artic Wolf
build - Average sized wolf, with stiff muscles and taut shoulders. His slightly bony frame is hidden by his tendrils of fur. Frost has lean legs and an arched back.
coat - An almost blindly white, his coat is silken smooth and never appears to tangle or be dirt ridden. He neck fur is lengthy and runs over his shoulder's gracefully almost like a lions mane but less extreme. Two curved streaks of steel blue underline his eyes, the same color is also found on all his paws and reaches up until it reaches his lower ankles.
eyes - The same color of blue found on his body also appears in his eye's. Except this has a light glow to it, so if you were to look into a snowstorm all you would see are two glowing orbs. Black pupils will be seen when his powers are not in use, likewise, when they are, the whole eye will be engulfed by the glowing blue
mutations - None
magic - Like his name entails, Frost has the control over ice. He can shift it and form it to his will. His breath often times comes out in ice crackles, and will fall to the floor. Frost cannot control water, but he can turn it into ice (to some extent)
However using his powers for long periods of time, or performing powerful attacks will weaken him. Also, his body cannot survive in hot climates or temperatures.
other - Frost was never really a wolf to begin with, in a sense he was winter itself. He created powerful snowstorms and made icey oceans. True, he wasn't entirely a sentient begin at the time, but when a crisis struck he needed to manifest himself into a form in order to protect his land. So he took the form of a wolf, and lost his land and most of his powers, but gained sentiment and a mind of his own.
Recently, a black crow follows him around and taunts him, about his past, about anything really. Frost puts up with it because he doesn't really have a choice in the matter, the crow will never cease following him.
