build - Average height, though legs proportionally shorter than usual. Thick rudder-like tail. Fairly strong legs, but not great for running or leaping. Overall not particularly athletic, though not weak or spindly.
coat - Faded navy fur with small amount of markings, an equally toned shade of gray, primarily around the eyes and on the chest. Fur is medium-thick, best suited for temperate climates but able to tolerate warmer climates to a point. Fur is slightly waterproof.

magic - Not really magic, but Anazi can cause any limb of his body to fall off at will, ranging from a toe to an entire leg and including head and tail. He regains limited control of the detached body part, but cannot do much with it. Sometimes it happens randomly as well. (Detachment is not gory, and there is no gaping wound left behind. When detached, the 'detachment area' just furs over like there was nothing there in the first place.)
other - Quiet, outcast, loves water, has an interest in 'making things'. Wants to travel and meet misfits like himself, but reluctant to move too far away from the seaside.
