Running.Running is what she had always done.
And yet, now, she still continued to run.Reasons why, she wasn't sure, yet she knew she still wished to do it.Her dinner-plate like sized foundations pounding against the rough earth, her fiery pools squinting against the sharp winds that ruffled her ebony pelt, her awkwardly long columns carrying her physique over the vegetation that grew, and the rocks that jutted from the earth, her visage straight out to see ahead of her.She simply loved to race through the Golden forest. It always made her feel sure, feel safe. Most times, she would rest here, in a large tree with the most beautiful leaves, with a rotting hole at the bottom, providing her with shelter. This was her home, her territory.Barley has she ever left the Golden forest. And even so, she had no bravery to mark her "territory", for the fear of magic wolves hurting her, or more powerful ones. The female lupus halted to a stop, her tongue hanging from her alabaster enamels, pride in her heart.Luckily for her, she had halted right near one of the small, glistening streams that travled through the Golden forest.Padding over to it, trying to avoid the vary of sharp rocks near this very stream, she bent her visage over, her tongue rolling in and out of the sparkling water, and then rolling back in to hand her the water her body wished for. When she was satisfied, she lifted her cranium, a drop of water dripping off her snout, and falling to the soil.Raven smacked her tongue against her maw, lapping off the bit of water she had left over on her muzzle.Widening open her jaws, a content yawn escaped, drifting out from her bodice and into the air.Raven was quite exhausted after that powerful run, and searched with her sun blazing pools on the other side of the glistening stream, observing the rocky terra for a nice place to relax.A small, yet comfortable looking moss bed lay on the other side of the river, it laying on a smooth ground.Raven thought it would be a fine idea to cross the stream, and relax on the moss bed.She placed her peds into the cool stream waves, making her way over to the other side.Once there, she didn't bother to shake off, and rested her slender bodice on the moss bed.Shutting close her pools, she day dreamed. She day dreamed of being born like her sisters, with large wings, with black glistening feathers that soared through the air.Or perhaps being created like one of her brothers, with yellow stained spikes growing from her spine. However, she had been born as fairly ordinary wolf.Drifting off into a light sleep, she prayed to be a magic wolf. Not to be so different, so afraid. . .
