Hey there, Accalia! I was getting frustrated by my inability to code footers so I decided to just go ahead and pay and expert to do it, ergo this here formal request of mine:
Could you make me a table? I have the header and footer images, as well as the color scheme, but the coding involved in it is a little foggy in my brain. Perhaps you could help me with that? (By which I mean, of course, do it for me.)

This literally takes me five seconds once I get down to it so I'm not charging you. I only put the links into my skeleton code and shoved it on here, I haven't edited it, I can if you want me to. If you're bothered about the text colour, it's the second tag before 'IC here' and just put in any hex you like. There you go. <3 |

but there still is a problem (dangit...)
As seen here, the footer image appears slightly smaller than the header. Everything looked fine and dandy during preview, but it turns out to look smaller. I tried to edit it myself, but it ended up looking exactly the same as when I started. :S Stupid technology.
The size of the header is 557x275 while the 'supposed' size of the footer is 557x118. Why they're not lining up right? No idea. Pleaseee help.

...Bother. They look fine on my PC so it's hard for me to see what's wrong.
Hmm, I'll try rehosting them, that fixed it with Corin's table... Gimme a second.
... Ahhh. I just rehosted, and now I can see the problem too. Erm... let's try.... erm....
Hmmm... Perhaps... I'll try standardizing the size, to 500.
...OK, I am now seeing that as fixed. Are you, too, or is the problem still there?
My hypothesis would be that one of the images was hitting the border of the skin and stretching it and got resized... That, or something to do with the three stars that you see in front of the top image when you view a table in the reply mode, at the bottom of the page where it shows you earlier posts....
...Whatever those stars are.
...I need to get myself an education.
