HELP! (Graphics malfunction)

Alright, so, I'm not exactly an all-knowing coder. If you don't know this, you do now. I usually don't have any problems with the code. Except tonight. I began to start working on footers for my charries, starting with my newest (Oni). I was very excited with how the header and footer turned out. But, naturally, when I put it in the normal code I use for tables, it doesn't sit pretty like I want it to. I tried resizing the image to the header's exact size and un-centered it but it still doesn't work. I think maybe a) I'm overlooking something stupid or b) this table code wasn't designed for footers. Either way, I need assistance.

Have you tried quoting my table code, and putting your images and dimensions in? Mine's designed for footers, so it should be OK. That's my lazy brain coming up with a lazy answer
